MY #1 RECOMMENDATION FOR INFINITE HAPPINESS
If you’re looking for a new positive outlet in your life - I highly recommend giving Kundalini Yoga a try.
I have to admit, that out of all my favorite tools for happiness, nothing has helped me more in shifting and sustaining my own happiness in my life than this technology.
A very “different” form of yoga (on your first class you may be left asking - what was that!? - in a very good way) it can help you shift - fast - into your most natural state of being. Handed down for thousands of years, this ancient system can help you experience the world more vividly and truthfully as it is. When used as a way to cope with life’s stresses, I can almost guarantee that within a short amount of time, you will begin to feel more compassion, more peace, and more joy in your life.
A science to “unite the finite with infinity” (3ho.org), it was brought over from India in the 1960’s by a man whose mission was simply to give the gift of peace, love, and light and create teachers to do the same.
You see, Yogi Bhajan knew something that many people longed to hear: Happiness is our birthright.
From that, he gave people the chance to have an experience of their souls.
A big part of my own life now, I can certainly vouch - it’s pure heaven.
During a class, you will experience movement, meditation, and tons of chanting/singing (be prepared for that - it stimulates the brain). From this, you can more fully harness your energy, calm your nerves, and bring greater balance to the mind, body, and soul.
I swear by it.
So if you’ve been thinking about trying something new, why not give this yoga a try? It could very well be the first step towards a happier you.
If interested in learning more, go to www.3ho.org for more information. Here you can view sample kriyas, meditations, and a list of the overall benefits you can experience when incorporating this technology into your life on a daily basis.
Wishing you peace, love, and joy.
P.S. If you live on Long Island, in NYC, or LA - Send me an email and I can tell you where to go to take a class and become involved in a beautiful community of people.
